Dr. Ramamoorthy is a highly qualified and experienced ENT Consultant with over 31 years of experience in the UAE. He treats patients of all ages for ENT conditions, such as hearing loss, balance disorders, sinus infections, nasal injuries, and tonsillitis. Dr. Ramamoorthy earned his MBBS (1975), DLO (1983-1985), and MS ENT (1986) from the famous Trivandrum Medical College, Kerala. His holistic approach to patient care propelled him to the ranks of the medical community’s most highly recognized ENT Consultant.
Dr. Ramamoorthy is passionate about mentoring the next generation of doctors and ENT Specialists. He has an outstanding academic record with over 5 years of teaching experience at various Medical Colleges in Kerala. He delivers seminars, talks, and lectures on various aspects of ENT practice. Additionally, he has been a regular examiner of ENT for MBBS students at GMC, Ajman for a number of years. He enjoys training junior doctors and medical students and passing on his experience for the benefit of the community.
Dr. Ramamoorthy has the expertise to diagnose and treat all ENT cases. He specializes in treating ear disorders and nasal conditions such as hearing impairment, ear infections, tinnitus (ear ringing), congenital ear diseases, nasal cavities, sinuses, and other respiratory issues. Plus, he can diagnose and treat throat conditions that affect your speech and capacity to chew and digest food.
His special interest includes Adenoids and Snoring in Children, Hearing Problems in Children, Sleep Apnea in Adults and Children, Nasal and Respiratory Allergy, Foreign Body Removal in ENT, Keratosis Obturans, and Mastoid Cavities. He employs cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality care and minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Ramamoorthy developed excellent surgical skills while working at various medical colleges in India and the United Arab Emirates. He has been a frequent presence in the ENT practice in UAE since 1992. Dr. Ramamoorthy is well-known and esteemed by the Emiratis of Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. He has a diverse clientele across all nationalities. Moreover, he is committed to providing his clients with patient-centered care and enhancing their quality of life.
